I'm Leon Sancese, an independent Domestic Energy Assessor and Floor plan specialist with over 18 years' experience providing Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) and professionally measured, detailed floor plans.

I started my business in London in 2008 and have since relocated to Nantwich, where I provide a reliable and professional service to customers throughout Cheshire.

I work with estate agents, landlords, homeowners, sellers and housing associations, offering both EPCs and detailed floor plans to suit a wide range of properties and requirements.

I take pride in producing accurate floor plans and providing a straightforward, efficient service from start to finish. I understand that arranging an EPC or floor plan can often be something that needs doing quickly, so I offer convenient appointment times and a fast turnaround.

All EPCs and floor plans are completed and sent on the same day following payment.
